οΉ‘ Damages due to manufacturer's production issues are not qualified for refund or return (these are most common for items in sealed packaging). Donβt worry, SDS Cart PH will inform you if in case we see any dents/damages.
οΉ‘ Return or refund of items with damaged boxes (and outboxes) will NOT be accommodated, except if my actual order involves only the box itself. I understand that the box (outbox) is present to protect the item inside.
οΉ‘ As stated under βOrder Receivedβ, unboxing video is required to request for any damage, refund, and returns claim. No unboxing video, no refund.
οΉ‘ Once approved for return or refund, the buyer will shoulder the shipping fee of the item. The agreed amount will be refunded once the item is received by the seller.
